Martina has been dedicated to personal development since she was 16. After spending time abroad and completing intensive trainings - such as the NLP Master and Life & Social Coaching, she applied this solid foundation, combined with her professional expertise, in various well-known international companies across product management, marketing, and finance.
Through a second educational path, she completed her A-level exams and decided to pursue a double degree in Management and Psychology at Webster University Vienna, an American university.  Years later, after the birth of her three sons, Martina no longer wanted to return to the demanding corporate world. Instead, she chose to hit the books once again. She completed her studies in Economic Andragogy and graduated as a Certified Corporate and Vocational Educator from Johannes Kepler University in Linz, Austria, in September 2014. 

Of course, being a student, a mother of three young boys, a wife, and an employee at a global company all at the same time was far from an easy ride. It required exceptional levels of organization and time management—something anyone in her shoes can surely relate to.
